Barricaded Hostage Simulation
In this simulation a woman is taken hostage while walking to her car; the assailant is carrying a gun. The assailant fires a round at one of the officers, the other releases his K9, "casting" the K9 to the SUV.

Law Enforcement Sweep
In this simulation a police officer is shown clearing a suspect car of contra-band from 100+ yards away. This gives an officer the ability to safely determine if a car contains contra-band or if the officer can safely interrogate the car himself.

I.E.D. Search Simulation
In these simulations different dogs clear rows of cars, while running full speed. These dogs show the ability to clear an estimated 200 cars in 1 minute. When the dogs find the contra-band they give the "positive response" by lying down.

K-9 Security

PSIG’s K9 teaming partner provides unsurpassed working dogs for Government, law enforcement and private corporations. We specialize in training K-9 handlers and dogs for police patrol work, narcotics detection, IED/bomb detection, tracking and other specialty training.

Any K9 handler graduating from the following training courses will have absolute off-leash control of the dog in all working tasks and all working environments.

  • Search techniques
